How to study chemistry texts? – 6

Substances and phenomena can be classified and organised based on various properties. This information is presented in tables. A table contains a lot of information in a compact form. When describing the information in a table, numbers and information are turned into complete sentences so that the information can be understood. For example: The boiling point of water is 100 degrees Celsius and the melting point of ice is 0 degrees Celsius. Conclusions can be drawn based on the information in the table. For conclusions, look for the smallest or largest numbers, common characteristics, opposites or exceptions in the tables.
