- After each lesson, read the chapter and do the homework.
- Start revising for the test well in advance. Divide the material into daily portions. Review one part at a time.
- What smaller sections make up the exam material?
- What are the key concepts in each section? How are they related?
- Focus on the main points and make sure you understand them. Take notes: underline, number and use colours. Use mind maps, drawings, diagrams, maps and tables. Examples, images and subtitles help you remember the main ideas.
- Explain the topic aloud to your family or to your teddy. Record your explanation.
- Revise how to write a good test answer. Practice with your notes.
