The vocabulary relates to the texts. Vocabulary is meant to be reviewed at home so that you understand the meaning of each words. Often the most important words are bolded. You should also remember the different forms of words (hang, hung, hung). These need to be memorised and “drilled,” or said aloud multiple times!

Sometimes the vocabulary includes pronunciation instructions in square brackets. Pronunciation symbols can be learned easily, even if they seem confusing at first. Really? [ˈrɪəli]
